    The Promise of Inclusionary Housing

    This paper uses Denver, Colorado as a case study to explain the ways in which markets evolve to accommodate affordability requirements, and the potential of inclusionary housing to alleviate the housing crisis and meet housing needs that new, market-priced housing will not address.
