DENVER, CO???.The Bell Policy Center announced today the receipt of major grants from two national groups--the Ford Foundation and the Annie E. Casey Foundation--and two local groups--the Rice Foundation and the Denver Foundation. The Bell is a three-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to researching and promoting policies that open doors to opportunity for all Coloradans.
