Voices of Opportunity: Patrick Callan on higher education

The Bell Policy Center presented Patrick Callan, one of the nation's leading voices on higher education and the financing of higher education, at a Voices of Opportunity lecture in December 2011.
Callan is the president of the Higher Education Policy Insitute. He was the founding president of the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education, which was widely known for its Measuring Up report cards. The report cards assessed national and state-by-state performance in higher education and helped define national and state policy agendas.
