The Bell Policy Center is committed to making Colorado a state of opportunity for all. We believe that anyone who works hard should have the opportunity to succeed. Opportunity motivates effort, unleashes the talents of individuals, feeds a dynamic economy and stimulates creativity and invention.

As you watch tonight's debate, we urge you to reflect on the candidates' proposals and assess the extent to which they promote opportunity for all Americans. To help you do that, we have prepared this scorecard, which lists three of the major topics covered in the debate along with several criteria to assess each candidate's proposals.
